Alessia — Yoga and self-care

I accompany you on a journey of love for yourself, through yoga and all the other techniques and remedies I have learned along my way.

I teach small-group yoga classes in Barga, Lucca and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, as well as live classes on Google Meet, so you can practise wherever you are.

You can choose between Akhanda Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Alternative Ashtanga, pregnancy yoga and naturopathy consultations: different paths, joined by the wish to cultivate a more conscious and harmonious relationship with yourself.

Hi, I’m Alessia.

I teach yoga and accompany people in caring for themselves. I live in Barga, my hometown, and teach in Barga, Lucca and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.

Before yoga I studied Law and worked as a legal advisor, then in marketing and events. The common thread has always been my search for meaningful connections: between body, mind and awareness.
