Akhanda Yoga

Akhanda Yoga

Akhanda, like the word yoga, means integral, united, indivisible, infinite.

The holistic approach of Akhanda Yoga suggests a balanced class of asana, pranayama, relaxation, mantra, meditation and purification (kriya), as well as a short discussion or a reading from yoga philosophy.

The method, created by the Himalayan master Yogrishi Vishvketu, brings together the teachings of six traditional paths: Hatha Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Raja/Ashtanga Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karma Yoga.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Finding balance through the body and the breath.

Hatha Yoga is a practice that brings together body postures (asana), conscious breathing (pranayama) and moments of listening and relaxation. It is an invitation to slow down, to inhabit the body and to find a balance between movement and stillness, strength and surrender.

Through mindful movement and postures held with attention, we learn to listen to the sensations of the body, to purify the mind, to recognise our limits and to welcome whatever arises, without judgement and without hurry.

The breath becomes a guide: it accompanies us through movement, helps bring our attention to the present moment and creates a space of calm and inner stillness.

Hatha Yoga is suitable both for those who are new to yoga and for those who want to deepen their practice, respecting each person’s pace and possibilities.

Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga

Where Atman meets Brahman.

A meeting between the deepest self and the vastness of life.

Pregnancy is a sacred journey, a suspended time in which life takes shape and the body becomes a space of welcome, transformation and wonder.

In yogic philosophy, Atman is the deepest Self, our inner essence, while Brahman is the ultimate reality, the universal energy from which everything originates.

In pregnancy yoga, this meeting becomes a chance to listen and connect: through the breath, mindful movement and silence, the mother-to-be can come closer to her most intimate dimension and connect with the new life growing within her.

Every breath becomes a bridge, every movement a gesture of care, every moment of stillness a space in which to welcome the mystery of creation.

The practice is adapted to the needs of pregnancy and follows the guidance of your own healthcare provider.

Alternative Ashtanga Yoga

Alternative Ashtanga Yoga

Rigour, depth and respect for the yogic tradition.

I trained to teach Alternative Ashtanga Yoga with Sri B.N.S. Iyengar, a direct disciple of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, a key figure in the history of modern yoga.

This tradition offers a specific approach to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, rooted in the teachings of the Mysore school. The practice unfolds through structured sequences of asana, integrated with breath control (pranayama) and a meditative dimension, in a systematic path that nurtures awareness of body, mind and breath.

A method that combines rigour, depth and respect for the yogic tradition, offering a practice that cultivates balance, presence and inner harmony.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy

A holistic approach to health.

A naturopath takes care of the whole person, considering the balance between body, mind, emotions and soul.

Through a natural and personalised approach, I focus on:

  • Active prevention of possible illnesses
  • Education towards a healthy and conscious lifestyle
  • Promoting wellbeing at an individual, social and environmental level

I love combining naturopathic practices with art, philosophy, music, literature and everything that supports human wellbeing.

The aim is to support the body’s natural capacity for self-healing and to foster a state of balance and vitality.
