Privacy and cookies

This website belongs to Alessia Biagiotti, who is also the data controller. For any question about privacy you can write to alessiabiag@gmail.com.

When you ask for a class through the form, you write your name, your email, your phone number if you wish, and a message. The website does not store these details: pressing «Send request» opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and you send it to Alessia yourself.

Your details are used only to reply to your request and to arrange the class, and are kept only as long as needed for that. The basis is your request, with the consent you give by ticking the box. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, with its own privacy policy.

I don’t ask for information about your health. If you choose to tell me something, for example about a pregnancy, I use it only to adapt the class.

If you write to me directly, I use your contact details and what you write only to reply to you.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any server, it keeps technical visit data for a few days, such as the IP address and the browser, to run the site and keep it secure. Netlify is based in the United States: the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Journal posts are stored on Supabase, with servers in Ireland. Reading the journal leaves no data there.

The website uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools, and does not follow you on other sites. That is why there is no banner to accept.

The Spotify player only loads when you press «Listen here»: from then on Spotify may use its own cookies, under its own policy. Directions, Instagram and WhatsApp are links to external sites, which open only if you press them.

At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy: write to alessiabiag@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
